Selling your caravan? You will need to get it inspected for Caravan Safety and Gas Compliance.

A Caravan Safety Certificate and Caravan Gas Certificate is need to transfer Queensland registration, this is required to be obtained and passed before the caravan is sold.

It is the buyers responsibility to lodge the vehicle transfer form F3520 in person at the Department of Transport and Main Roads, this registration transfer must be lodged with in 14 days of the purchase date.

Keep in mind that a Caravan Roadworthy is valid for 2 months and a Caravan Gas Certificate is Valid for 3 months.
